Evergreen Engagement Suite

Challenge

With 90+ locations nationwide, students and potential students needed a central digital hub to learn more about their local campus, engage with the university, discover tools for their burgeoning careers, and connect with one another.

Solution

An Engagement Suite of experience were deployed onto the DeVry University Facebook Page that allows the university to connect with their students and alums, and enable their students and alumni to connect with one another. Together, the experiences provide a starting point for visitors on the DeVry University Facebook Page, communication points for students, alums, and prospects, information about degrees and classes, maps to find local campuses, ways to contact the university and their social team, and career information from the Career Igniter partner site. All of the applications also have extensive CMS solutions and publisher tools, so site admins have several ways to keep content fresh and communicate with their audience.

Results

The four experiences in the suite - Welcome, Contact Us, Learn More, and Career Igniter - tie the DeVry University social experience together with one brand voice and offer up tons of valuable content to the community. The program has just launched, but metrics will be available soon.
