Hi there! I’m the Stuzo Guy. My two main concerns when joining a website are the cost of the services and the
security of my personal information. If you are like me, then you are most likely thinking about these two things right
about now. So, as the founder of Stuzo, here are my promises to you:
- Trading stuff on Stuzo is FREE and does not require a credit card
- We will NEVER share any of your personal information with third parties
I wanted our User Agreement to consist of the above, but our lawyers made us add some legal mumbo jumbo and told us to ask you to read it. So, please take a minute to read it.
Disclaimer
Please read these Terms of Service and Disclaimers contained in this User Agreement carefully. Your use of this site, operated by Stuzo, Inc. (d/b/a Stuzo.com), constitutes your binding acceptance of this User Agreement and of the Terms of Service and Disclaimers contained herein. Unless you accept this User Agreement and the Terms and Conditions and Disclaimers contained herein, you may not utilize this site. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use or access our Website or services
We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on this Website, without any further notification to you individually.
Stuzo.com does not monitor members or review items listed by traders. Stuzo is not responsible for any transactions between traders.
Stuzo.com makes every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate; however, we can make no guarantees or representations as to the accuracy or reliability of any information provided on this site including item availability, condition, product specifications, and other information available.
Marketplace Rules & Responsibilities
The Stuzo Marketplace is governed by the Marketplace Agreement. All traders on the Stuzo Marketplace must accept the terms and conditions of the Marketplace Agreement in order to use the Marketplace.
TRADE TRANSACTIONS - As a trader you agree to:
- List only items that you legally own and currently possess (items listed for trade cannot be stolen or counterfeit);
- Correctly identify the exact items listed;
- Accurately describe the condition of the items you listed for trade;
- Accept your listed trade value in exchange for the item you listed for trade;
- Deliver traded items in a timely fashion in accordance with Stuzo’s policies; and
- Comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding the items you list for trade.
TRADE TRANSACTIONS - As a tradee (recipient of a trade) you agree to:
- Deliver appropriate payment to the trader of the item, in accordance with terms agreed upon;
- In a timely fashion, collect any items that you have agreed to take delivery of in a timely fashion;
SALES TRANSACTIONS - As a seller you agree to:
- List only items that you legally own and currently possess (items posted for sale cannot be stolen or counterfeit);
- Correctly identify the exact items listed;
- Accurately describe the condition of the items you list for sale;
- Accept your listed sale price in exchange for the item listed for sale;
- Pay to Stuzo any required fees, handling charges, etc that apply to your listing / sale;
- Deliver sold items in a timely fashion in accordance with Stuzo’s policies; and
- Comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations regarding the items you list for sale
SALES TRANSACTIONS - As a buyer you agree to:
- Deliver appropriate payment to the seller of the item, in accordance with terms agreed upon;
- Utilize only credit cards or other payment devices which you have the legal right to utilize; and
- In a timely fashion, collect any items that you purchase and have agreed to take delivery of in a timely fashion;
As a user of the other features of Stuzo, you agree to make use of the discounts and other offers which may be made from time to time by third party merchants through Stuzo.com as a personal consumer of those goods and services. You further agree not to make use of any such offers, discounts, etc for commercial purposes and otherwise to abide by the terms and conditions that may be embodied in such offers.
Credit Card Payments
Credit card payment is available for all items that are up for sale on the Stuzo.com Marketplace. Stuzo shall merely act as a conduit in such transaction and shall be responsible only to deliver to the seller in such transaction funds actually received from the buyer in such transaction, less any applicable charges of Stuzo. Stuzo shall have no responsibility to deliver any funds to a seller in any such transaction unless and until Stuzo receives funds from the buyer in such transaction.
Buying on Stuzo is 100% safe and secure – all credit card number transmissions are protected by industry-standard state of the art Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology.

Other Online Merchants; Offers from Merchants
From time to time, as a convenience to the users of Stuzo, Stuzo may provide links to other sites on the internet operated by third party on-line merchants and/or content providers. Stuzo shall not be responsible for the content contained on any other sites on the Internet, which are owned and operated by any third party, including e-commerce, and e-content providers to which Stuzo may provide a link. Stuzo is not responsible for and does not guarantee the availability of, or the content located on or through, any external site.
Stuzo is not responsible for and does not guarantee any offer to do business made to any user of Stuzo’s site by any online or offline merchant utilizing Stuzo.
Personal Information
Stuzo will never disclose personal or contact information to others, except to provide traders with each other's contact information in cases of transactions between members.
Stuzo will contact a member:
- With respect to a specific transaction
- When a member has given explicit permission
- If it is necessary to the operation of the Stuzo Marketplace
Personal information is kept private in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and Stuzo's Privacy Policy. Registration is secure and private, with data transmission protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encrypting technology
Use of Trademarks
Stuzo™, Stuzo.com™, and any other names or slogans used on the Web site are trademarks of Stuzo, Inc., a Pennsylvania Corporation. Stuzo.com makes no claim of ownership to the trademarks of any merchant whose website, products or services are listed on this Web site. Stuzo makes no claim of ownership for any text, phrases, statements, or copyright information through publisher or publication that is cited on this Web site.
No Endorsement
Mention of merchants, products or services, including the use of trademarks or links to such merchants, websites, products or services is for informational purposes only and constitutes neither an endorsement nor a recommendation of those merchants, website, products or services.
