About the Role

Stuzo is looking for an IT-Recruiter to join our growing Delivery team. In this role, you’ll be working hand-in-hand with our senior Technical Project Managers as they work directly with customers and with internal team members, to define, design, and deliver software solutions for some of the world’s largest brands. You’ll participate in the full product lifecycle, from ideation through strategy, design, engineering, delivery, ongoing innovation, and maintenance and support. 

Job Description

• Providing of full-cycle recruitment activities;
• Interaction with hiring managers and internal customers located across the globe;
• Different technical roles filling;
• Labor market screening and monitoring;
• HR-interview conduction;
• Candidates database maintenance;
• Preparation of different reports upon request.

What You’ll Need

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience;
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques;
• Strong knowledge and practical experience of interviewing candidates;
• Knowledge and understanding of stages in recruitment process and their influence on result;
• Ability to build relationships with candidates; Knowledge and ability to pass on the candidates in a polite way;
• Strong writing and communication skills;
• Ability to keep focus on result as well as observing the process, flexibility, stress-resistance;
• Upper-intermediate level of English.
