Product Strategy and Design
Stuzo defined the UX by uncovering the true end-user requirements by following our Product Identity Design process for both climbers and gym owners.
The founders of MyClimb had an idea for a mobile app that would rock the climbing world. While runners have no shortage of amazing apps like Strava and RunKeeper, climbers have largely been unserved. Enter MyClimb.
Stuzo used Adobe’s PhoneGap framework to quickly and efficiently build Android and iOS apps using the same codebase.
With an agile approach to product development, Stuzo has evolved MyClimb from a mobile application supporting climb logging in a few disciplines, to a full platform supporting 9 climbing disciplines.
With the popularity of indoor climbing in the app, Stuzo perceived a market opportunity for MyClimb with gym owners.
Stuzo architected and engineered a new platform for climbing gym owners to manage their inventory, better engage with their members, and gain valuable insights on their members and their climbing abilities.
We released MyClimb 1.0 after six months of product definition, design and delivery. Stuzo continues to own product management and has evolved the product to MyClimb 2.0 for iOS, Android and Web by serving the needs for climbers and gym owners. Today the app has users from 49 of 50 states and 6 of 7 continents.
“ I couldn’t have grown MyClimb into the successful product it is today without the team at Stuzo. Their dedication to the success and quality of my product is clear. I highly recommend Stuzo.
