Stuzo congratulates Murphy USA on its incredible achievement wherein its Murphy Drive Rewards program was ranked the #1 Gas Station loyalty program in Newsweek’s “America’s Best Loyalty Programs 2021” report.
With a score of 8.2, Murphy Drive Rewards ranked #1 in Newsweek’s Gas Stations category and also impressively ranked #5 across the combined Convenience Stores and Gas Stations categories.
The 2021 ranking of America’s Best Loyalty Programs was compiled based on the results of Statista’s independent survey of customers who are members of loyalty programs of retailers or service providers in the United States. The final assessment and rankings were based on six evaluation criteria: (1) Ease & Enjoyment, (2) Benefit, (3) Overall Satisfaction, (4) Customer Support, (5) Trust in Use of Personal Data, and (6) Likelihood of Recommendation.
“We are proud to be partnered with Murphy USA and to play a key role in their great achievements,” said Jake Kiser, Chief Customer Officer, Stuzo. “This honor by Newsweek reinforces Murphy USA’s strategy of making it as easy as possible for customers to enroll, building a unified view of their customer data, activating that customer data intelligently, at scale, and delivering experiences that delight their customers and drive meaningful business outcomes for their company.”
