We are excited to announce that Stuzo has for the second year in a row been named a Top Workplace by the Philadelphia Inquirer. We ranked 4th in the Small Company category (149 employees or less) and received a special award for being a company that Operates By Strong Values.

“While we are never done in our mission to further our work environment and culture, I am immensely proud of our Team Chemistry and our Culture of Caring. As a leader I could not be more impressed and inspired by how our team cares so much:

I am continually humbled, fortunate, and eternally grateful to be working with such an incredible team. It is our team that empowers all of Stuzo’s success,” says Gunter Pfau, CEO

The award is based solely on employee feedback as gathered privately and anonymously through a third-party survey administrator on behalf of The Philadelphia Inquirer. The survey measured 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization, including factors such as alignment and execution.
