I am thrilled to announce that Longshore Capital Partners has completed a strategic investment in Stuzo. I wanted to share this open letter to expand on what this means for Stuzo, our customers, our team, and the industry. There is much to be excited about.
With Longshore behind us, we are doubling down on our commitment to convenience and fuel retail and, in time, expansion into adjacent everyday spend retail categories. Our new partnership with Longshore is an excellent fit for empowering Stuzo’s next stage of strategic growth.
This partnership accelerates our strategic vision: unifying loyalty, digital payments, and cross-channel customer experiences to deliver outsized business outcomes. There is a tremendous amount of value we’re unlocking by combining and activating data from across the customer experience. Our growth potential in this area, and therefore the growth potential for our retailer partners, is enormous.
During our next phase of growth, we will be building a number of differentiated new products, product features, and complementary services offerings that push the limits of how retail technology delivers business outcomes at scale. To this end, we will be hiring a broad set of new team members to help us deliver all the capabilities that enable Stuzo’s Wallet Steering<sup>®</sup> System to help retailers profitably grow share of customer wallets and increase customer lifetime value.
Reaching this next phase would not have been possible without the exemplary performance of our team, which over the last decade has been committed to helping our customers succeed and to building an outstanding culture that has again this year earned us the honor of being named a Top Workplace by the Philadelphia Inquirer.
